Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, driving compliance with labor laws and company standards, and supporting workforce planning and organizational development. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with leadership and department heads to address employee relations, manage HR data and reporting, and support training and development programs. This position requires close coordination with global teams to align HR practices with HRV Pharma’s international business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and implementation of HR processes and systems.
- Experience in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture.
- Ability to manage HR data, prepare reports, and use HRIS or other HR technology tools effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across levels and departments.
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, ideally within pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Hyderabad and coordinating with global offices.
