Job Description
- Built and hardened harnesses in Windsurf and Claude Code
- Artificial Intelligence, Commercial Gen AI
- Experience with legacy, Brownfield, and regulatory projects
- Required pure plan AI skills to build and support the Harness Hardening and create specific agents
- Expertise in:
- o End-to-end conversational-to-production workflows
- o Automation of testing and solutions
- o Creating solution design and technical design documents
- o Building harness skills and templates
- o Greenfield/Brownfield/SaaS conversion programs
