Machine Learning Engineer
Want to build machine learning systems that actually fly, drive and operate in the real world?
We’re hiring talented Machine Learning Engineers to develop AI for real autonomous systems, with models deployed directly onto UAVs, UGVs and USVs.
You’ll work on challenging problems across computer vision, perception, autonomy and ML infrastructure - taking ideas from R&D through to deployment on real hardware.
What you’ll work on
- Develop and deploy deep learning models for autonomous systems
- Build solutions across computer vision, perception and vision-language models
- Work with LiDAR, geospatial and multimodal sensor data
- Optimise models for real-time and edge deployment
- Build scalable training, evaluation and ML pipelines
- Work with GPU clusters, Kubernetes and HPC environments
- Use simulation and synthetic data to accelerate model development
- Take ML systems from experimentation through to deployment on real autonomous platforms
What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally bring:
- Strong machine learning and deep learning fundamentals
- Excellent Python skills
- Experience with PyTorch or similar modern ML frameworks
- Strong software engineering ability, ideally including C++ or Rust
- Experience developing, training and evaluating production ML models
- A strong understanding of performance, reliability and real-world engineering trade-offs
