• Strong expertise in Statistics, Regression, Time Series & Bayesian Methods
• Advanced SQL & large-scale data analysis
• Strong proficiency in Python/R
• Experience with scikit-learn, statsmodels, pandas, NumPy
• Hands-on experience with AWS – SageMaker, Redshift, Athena, Glue, QuickSight
• Strong experience with Tableau
• Experience building metrics frameworks & dashboards from scratch
• Experience with anomaly detection & predictive modelling
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage metrics frameworks for digital ordering pipelines
• Develop dashboards for volume, throughput, TAT, errors & system stability
• Build predictive models for failures, trends & capacity planning
• Develop automated anomaly detection systems
• Perform statistical root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with engineering teams on data instrumentation
• Present insights to executives and technical teams
• Support production issue analysis and ad-hoc data requirements
⭐ Good to Have
Healthcare/diagnostics experience, operational analytics, or real-time/streaming analytics using Kinesis/Lambda.
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
