We're looking for an experienced SEO & Backlink Specialist who understands modern SEO strategies and is comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity, research, content optimization, and link-building campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Plan and implement high-quality backlink campaigns using ethical (white-hat) SEO practices.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and content for search engines.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar tools.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues affecting crawlability and indexing.
- Track keyword rankings, backlinks, traffic, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to improve website visibility.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline SEO research, content optimization, backlink outreach, and workflow automation.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates, SEO trends, and advancements in AI-powered search.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and backlink building.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proven experience with backlink outreach, guest posting, digital PR, and authority building.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Moz, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
AI Skills (Preferred)
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with AI tools to improve SEO efficiency and content quality.
Experience with tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Gemini
- Perplexity
- Surfer SEO
- Clearscope
- Frase
- Any AI-powered SEO or content optimization platform
Candidates should understand how to use AI responsibly to support research, keyword clustering, content optimization, outreach personalization, and workflow automation while maintaining high-quality, human-reviewed output.
Bonus Skills
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- WordPress or other CMS experience
- Experience with international SEO
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or Make
- Basic Python or SEO scripting knowledge is a plus
