The Role
We are looking for hands-on Data Scientists who are dedicated and reliable to support an upcoming enterprise Data & AI project, building on our previous operating model design.
You will work alongside our Consultant Lead and the client engineering team to translate AI/ML engineering practices into working implementations and operationalization, including:
- Developing and refining end-to-end ML workflows: Data → Feature → Model → Deployment
- Supporting feature engineering, model development, validation, and evaluation
- Applying reproducibility and versioning practices across code, data, and models
- Implementing experiment tracking and model management practices
- Supporting model registry and Dev → Staging → Production promotion workflows
- Collaborating with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and Architects on production-ready ML pipelines
- Providing hands-on guidance, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer to the client team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Data Science / Machine Learning experience
- Strong Python, SQL, and common ML libraries such as scikit-learn
- Practical experience developing and evaluating supervised and/or unsupervised ML models
- Understanding of feature engineering, model validation, and ML experimentation
- Experience with MLflow, Databricks, or equivalent model lifecycle platforms is preferred
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD concepts, and production ML engineering practices
- Able to explain technical decisions clearly and work collaboratively with engineering teams
- Comfortable working in a guided execution / knowledge-transfer environment, not only independent model development
