We are looking for a Senior Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership and operational direction within our unit. This is an opportunity to influence patient care standards, develop nursing talent, and drive meaningful improvements across clinical practice and service delivery.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
As a Senior Nurse Manager, you will:
- Provide nursing leadership and direction in maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Set unit goals and objectives in partnership with the clinical team.
- Lead staff induction, competency assessment, learning and development, and career progression planning.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care, driving improvements where needed.
- Lead reviews of clinical occurrences and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Manage staffing schedules and ensure the appropriate skill mix based on patient acuity and census.
- Monitor resources, budgets, and consumable expenditure to support efficient unit operations.
- Ensure clinical policies and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained.
- Promote a strong culture of patient safety, clinical governance, and risk management.
- Lead the recruitment, development, engagement, and retention of nursing talent.
- Apply systems-level thinking to address clinical and operational challenges.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Preferably with a postgraduate qualification in Perioperative or Perianaesthesia Nursing.
- Relevant experience in a similar nursing leadership or management role.
- Strong clinical leadership, communication, people management, and decision-making skills.
- Passion for developing people and improving patient care.
