I am looking for a commercial co-founder to build Lexyra AI with me and shape the company, market and GTM from the start.

Why Lexyra AI, why now

A single sentence hidden in a PDF can trigger an attack on an AI agent, and potentially on the tools, data and systems it can access.

More than 3 trillion PDFs circulate worldwide, and hundreds of billions are created every year. They hold much of the world's enterprise knowledge and increasingly feed RAG systems, copilots and AI agents. Gartner expects agentic AI to be embedded in 33% of enterprise software applications and to make at least 15% of day-to-day work decisions autonomously by 2028.

But PDFs were designed to be viewed, not trusted by machines. Conventional parsers lose tables, hierarchy and visual context, turning valuable documents into unreliable inputs. As agentic AI scales, every PDF entering or leaving an AI workflow becomes a trust boundary. This is not a niche document problem: it is an infrastructure security problem for the AI economy.

What Lexyra AI is building

Lexyra AI is building a PDF-native trust layer, powered by one proprietary rendering-layer engine:

- PDF Hidden Content Security: detect concealed content before it reaches an LLM, RAG pipeline or AI agent, and inspect outbound PDFs before risk propagates.

- Structured PDF Intelligence: reconstruct complex hierarchy, tables, reading order and visual context into high-quality, AI-ready data.

Our approach is deterministic first, with targeted AI only where needed: fast, explainable and resource-efficient.

Where we are today

Lexyra AI has already developed a working security MVP and a functional prototype for advanced PDF structure reconstruction. The technical foundations are in place and the next step is to validate the market with design partners and build the first commercial motion.

The role

You will:

- define positioning, ICPs, pricing, packaging and founder-led GTM;

- win design partners and first customers, build paid pilots and convert them into recurring enterprise contracts;

- build the initial pipeline across Europe and North America with technical enterprise buyers;

- turn customer feedback into product priorities, co-shape fundraising and build the commercial team after funding.

The profile most likely to succeed

You are a hands-on commercial builder who:

- has personally sold and scaled technical B2B SaaS, APIs or deep software;

- can sell to demanding enterprise buyers and translate deep technology into clear business value;

- is comfortable creating the playbook from zero;

- ideally knows cybersecurity, AI, data infrastructure or document intelligence.

Founder experience, fundraising, investors access or an exit would be major advantages. The role can evolve toward CCO/CRO, or CEO if that becomes the right configuration.

What I bring

I am a second-time founder with 20+ years in complex document analysis, enterprise software and scalable systems. I previously co-founded and grew a software company from zero to successful exit, led teams and built industrial document platforms processing thousands of PDFs per day. For Lexyra AI, I bring the technical vision, proprietary approach, working foundations, domain expertise and full commitment.

Practical aspects

This is a genuine co-founder opportunity with meaningful equity, not a standard salaried role. A trial collaboration phase will precede any final agreement. Full-time commitment is expected at the right stage. France or Switzerland is ideal, but strong Europe-based candidates are welcome. We are building from Europe for a global market.

If this resonates, please apply with a short note covering who you are, what you have sold, built or scaled, and why this opportunity makes sense for you now.
