Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of an AI-powered SDLC platform for Dynamics 365 CRM. The role will be responsible for architecting a multi-agent ecosystem that automates requirements analysis, user story creation, fit-gap assessment, solution design generation, code acceleration, testing, and deployment activities while ensuring governance, traceability, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the end-to-end architecture for AI Agents supporting the Dynamics 365 CRM implementation lifecycle, from requirements through deployment.
- Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks using Azure AI, Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio, and related AI technologies.
- Architect AI solutions for automated user story generation, fit-gap analysis, FSD/TDD creation, solution configuration, and test case generation.
- Establish Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and knowledge graph architectures leveraging D365 metadata, Dataverse schemas, process models, and enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Design Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) governance checkpoints to ensure compliance, quality validation, and auditability of AI-generated outputs.
- Define integration patterns between AI agents and enterprise platforms including Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure, GitHub, DevOps, Jira, and Power Platform.
- Drive AI security, responsible AI, model governance, prompt engineering standards, and enterprise compliance requirements.
- Lead technical reviews, architecture governance, and mentoring of AI engineers, D365 architects, and development teams.
- Create reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, and reference architectures to improve SDLC productivity and delivery consistency.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and continuously enhance the AI SDLC platform with new agent capabilities and automation opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of enterprise application architecture experience with at least 2 years in Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform.
- 5+ years of experience in AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, or Agentic AI solution design.
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and ALM.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent agent frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of C#, Python
- Experience designing enterprise-scale API, event-driven, and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
- Azure AI Engineer Associate certification.
- Experience implementing Copilot and Agentic AI solutions within Dynamics 365 ecosystems.
