Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications and solutions using modern Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, APIs, and cloud technologies and a strong interest in building production-ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications powered by Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and integrate AI solutions using models such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using embeddings and vector databases.
- Create and optimize prompts, workflows, and AI agents for business use cases.
- Develop Python-based services, REST APIs, and backend applications.
- Work with frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
- Integrate LLM applications with enterprise data sources, databases, and third-party APIs.
- Implement techniques for improving model accuracy, relevance, performance, and response quality.
- Develop evaluation and monitoring processes for AI applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Follow best practices for security, scalability, responsible AI, and data privacy.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with relevant experience in Generative AI/LLM application development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development.
- Experience building RAG pipelines and working with embeddings.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of databases, data processing, and software development principles.
- Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience with AI agents and tool/function calling.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and NLP.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of AI security, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
