Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with multiple business functions and stakeholdersExperience in automating operations using scripting toolsHands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization conceptsExperience with Python scripting and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.)Knowledge of open-source monitoring and logging tools for virtual and containerized environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsIn-depth understanding of Linux distributions
Job ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain open-source private cloud architecture for CIDRLead the migration of existing (As-Is) architecture to the To-Be private cloud architectureManage private cloud service catalog and ensure SLA complianceMonitor and support performance of multiple online applicationsEnsure smooth deployment of new application versions with minimal downtimeDrive continuous automation of operational tasks to enable lights-out operationsDesign, maintain, and update technical and project documentation
