Open Positions:Technical Recruitment
- Senior US IT Recruiter – 5+ years of experience
- Team Lead – US IT Recruitment – 7+ years of experience
- Qualification : Any degree / Technical Degree
- Shift Timings : 6.00 PM to 3.00 AM IST
- Location : Uppal, Hyderabad
Required Skillset
- Strong experience in US IT Recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, technologies and skill sets
- Proven sourcing, screening and candidate management skills
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on closures
- For Team Lead role – strong team handling, mentoring and performance management skills
Key Responsibilities
Senior US IT Recruiter
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source, screen and submit qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
- Manage negotiations and offer closures.
Team Lead
- Lead, mentor and manage the recruitment team.
- Allocate requirements and monitor team performance.
- Guide recruiters on sourcing and submissions.
- Track interviews, placements and closures.
- Drive the team to achieve recruitment targets.
