About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Back-End Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with .NET, Microsoft Azure, and SQL/Sequence. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the server-side logic, APIs, and database integrations of our SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure back-end services using .NET (C#)
- Design and maintain APIs and database structures to support front-end features
- Work with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, etc.)
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end
- Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and product managers in agile sprints
- Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, security, and scalability
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on back-end development experience
- Strong proficiency in .NET (C#)
- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services
- Expertise in SQL Server and familiarity with Sequence or relational database design
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and web services
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
- Familiarity with software development best practices and design patterns
Nice to Have:
- Experience with healthcare, medtech, or SaaS platforms
- Front-end experience with ReactJS and React Hooks
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts or integration of AI-powered features

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 & 10% annual bonus!
Location: This is a 5-day on-site role based in Mississauga, Ontario.
