Job Scope:
- Currently we have ready clients pool of both tech & commercial roles across Tech, AI, Fintech, Trading & Quant industries.
- You will be responsible for sourcing tech or commercial roles mid/senior/leadership level of talent for our existing warm clients
- You will follow through the whole recruitment process from sourcing, interview arrangement to offer management to onboarding.
What you need
- We are open to all seniorities (junior to mid to senior)
- For junior candidates: 1 year of full-time OR 6 month intern experience in tech OR commercial roles recruitment
- Passionate about Recruitment
- Have sense of responsibilities for clients and candidates
- Result oriented, success-driven, highly motivated
- Hardworking & persistent
- Eager to learn and improve
- Independent & team player
- Good communication in English and Chinese (due to communication with some China counterparts）
