About Us
Axis Global Tech Limited is a Hong Kong-based fintech company building a retail-focused mobile app that brings trading, payments, and digital assets to everyday consumers. We move fast, ship with urgency, and are building a high-calibre team as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Launch and build social media presence from the ground up - establishing brand voice, content pillars, and posting cadence across Twitter/X and other relevant platforms
- Own day-to-day management of social channels, including the content calendar, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking
- Develop platform-native content tailored to crypto Twitter/X and AI Twitter/X communities, staying fluent in the narratives, key accounts, and trends shaping those conversations
- Identify, engage, and coordinate with KOLs (key opinion leaders), influencers, and community partners to expand reach and credibility
- Collaborate closely with designers to produce high-quality visual content, and independently create graphics, short-form assets, and posts when needed
- Monitor social metrics, engagement trends, and competitor activity; report on growth and continuously iterate on content strategy
- Stay current on fintech, crypto, and AI trends to keep voice timely, credible, and relevant
- Coordinate with product, business development, and compliance teams to ensure messaging is accurate and compliant in a regulated environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience building and managing social media presences, ideally launching a channel or brand from zero
- Deep familiarity with Twitter/X, and specifically Crypto Twitter/X and AI Twitter/X ecosystems - the accounts, trends, and community dynamics
- Experience coordinating with KOLs, influencers, or community partners and professional designers
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a native feel for platform voice
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus
- Available to start ASAP - maximum one-month notice period; immediate availability is a strong preference
Preferences
- Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- Experience building international brands - particularly technology, fintech, or AI brands, or social media platforms targeting users in Southeast Asia, Latin America, or Africa
- Hands-on creative skills across graphic design, photo/image editing, and video editing (e.g., Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere/CapCut)
- Use of AI in design workflows, in particular Figma Make and Claude Design

Candidates must provide 2–3 social media profiles or accounts they have personally managed or grown along with background on how they started the page and how they gradually identified core audiences and streamlined their content targeting to cater towards core audiences.
