Position: AI Prompt Engineer
Project Duration: 3 months
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and optimize prompts for Generative AI applications to support product development and business operations as per project needs.
- Create and maintain reusable prompt templates, system instructions, guardrails, and structured output formats to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Prepare test datasets and evaluate prompt performance based on accuracy, consistency, relevance, safety, and efficiency.
- Document prompt versions, experiment results, improvement recommendations, and user guidelines for internal project teams.
- Refine prompts based on user feedback, model updates, and evolving business needs.
Syarat Pekerjaan
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Prompt Engineering, Generative AI solutions, or related AI projects.
- Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt design, structured prompting, output evaluation, documentation, and basic data analysis.
- Experience working with Generative AI platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar technologies is an advantage.
- Portfolio showcasing Prompt Engineering or Generative AI projects is required.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
