What we’re looking for:
- 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Success preferably with a B2B SaaS/product company
- Exposure to US and/or Middle East markets is preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product solutions
- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
What you’ll do:
- Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of Global B2B customers
- Drive customer onboarding, product adoption, engagement, and retention
- Understand customer goals and ensure successful product implementation
- Conduct regular customer check-ins, business reviews, and product discussions
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion
- Monitor customer health, usage, and satisfaction metrics
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve customer issues
- Act as the voice of the customer and share feedback with internal teams
- Drive renewals and ensure a strong overall customer experience
