An AI venture is looking for an LLM Application Engineer to join their team.
Your new role
As an LLM Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:
• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and intelligent workflow orchestration systems.
• Design reasoning, memory, planning, and tool-calling capabilities for autonomous AI-driven experiences.
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, vector stores, and enterprise systems at scale.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, observability practices, and continuous improvement pipelines for AI reliability.
• Collaborate with product teams to transform complex business problems into production AI solutions.
What you’ll need to succeed
• Strong software engineering foundation with experience building AI-powered and production-ready applications.
• Hands-on expertise in LLMs, generative AI, agent-based systems, and AI workflow design.
• Experience developing prompts, evaluation frameworks, and AI behavior optimization strategies.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable production-quality code across technology stacks.
• Comfortable bridging models, systems, and products in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Results-driven mindset focused on rapid delivery, continuous experimentation, measurable impact, and AI reliability.
