Role Description The Computer Vision Engineer will design, develop, and deploy computer vision algorithms that power intelligent robotic and automation systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing image and video processing pipelines, training and evaluating vision models, integrating algorithms into real-world robotic platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in robotics, software engineering, and data science. The role involves working with AI-driven video analytics, object detection, tracking, pattern recognition, and sensor fusion to solve industrial automation challenges. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Coimbatore, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition, including experience with image/video processing, feature extraction, object detection, and tracking.

- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Computer Science, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.

- Candidates should possess relevant Data Science skills, including model training and evaluation, statistical analysis, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Robotics, including integration of vision systems with sensors and actuators, real-time processing, and deployment on robotic platforms.

- Relevant additional qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, or a related field; experience with industrial automation; familiarity with embedded systems; and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
