We’re looking for an experienced AI Product Design Lead to work on high-impact, next-generation digital initiatives in Dubai.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior design professional who can combine product thinking, human-centred design and AI to create intuitive and meaningful AI-powered experiences.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Product Design / UX leadership experience
- Hands-on experience designing AI-powered products, GenAI, LLMs, conversational AI or AI agents
- Strong 0-to-1 product design experience — from discovery and concept through prototyping and delivery
- Ability to turn complex requirements into simple, user-friendly experiences
- Experience leading designers and collaborating with Product, Engineering and AI teams
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with government, large-scale digital transformation or complex enterprise environments is a plus
