About the Platform
The platform is a partnership between Leon Capital Group (LCG), a founder-led, diversified holding company, and a strategic partner that operates a leading insurance distribution network. It acquires minority revenue-share interests, minority equity positions, and select majority stakes in independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), sourced primarily through the strategic partner's national advisor network. The platform pairs LCG's capital and structuring capability with the strategic partner's distribution strength and advisor relationships, giving this role the backing of both organizations.
