Duties
- Performs installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on company's products at customer sites
- Inspects and evaluates customer usage of company's products
- Submits various reports, such as service reports and expense report to management
- Receives follow-up and additional training on Company products in Japan
- Supports sales activities and establishes and maintains good relationship with customers
Requirements
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Flexibility to travel as needed
