The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new clients, generating qualified leads, and expanding business opportunities within the public sector/government sector. We are specifically looking for professionals with prior experience selling staffing, recruitment, or consulting services and successfully building new client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new public sector clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with government decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Identify upcoming staffing and consulting opportunities within the public sector.
- Develop sales strategies, proposals, and client presentations.
- Manage the full business development lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.
