Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Scientist role located in the United States. The Data Scientist will collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to generate insights that inform business strategies and operational decisions. Daily tasks include building statistical and machine learning models, performing exploratory data analysis, and creating clear visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, design experiments, and evaluate the impact of data-driven initiatives. The Data Scientist will also document methodologies, maintain reproducible workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement of the organization’s data practices and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Data Science and Statistics, with the ability to design experiments, build models, and interpret quantitative results.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Data Analytics, including working with large datasets, performing exploratory analysis, and deriving actionable insights.
- Experience in Data Visualization, using tools or libraries to create clear, compelling dashboards and reports.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages commonly used in data science (such as Python or R) and relevant libraries or frameworks.
- Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data querying for extracting and transforming data from multiple sources.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings in a concise, accessible manner to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment and managing multiple projects or priorities.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, and best practices for deploying data solutions is beneficial.
