Role : AI Governance Analyst
Location : Canada (Toronto preferred)

Job Description:
• 8+ years of experience in AI Governance, AI Risk Management, Technology Risk, or Responsible AI
• Good understanding of Canadian privacy laws and regulations (PIPEDA and related frameworks)
• Experience conducting risk assessments, impact assessments, or compliance reviews
• Understanding of AI/GenAI use cases and associated risks
• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct risk profiling and assessments of AI/GenAI use cases, models, and applications developed by internal and external teams
• Identify risks related to privacy, security, compliance, bias, explainability, and responsible AI practices
• Work closely with development and business teams to define and track risk mitigation actions
• Review AI solutions for compliance with organizational governance standards and regulatory requirements
• Prepare governance documentation, status reports, risk summaries, and committee presentation materials
• Present findings and recommendations to Risk Review Committees and key stakeholders
• Coordinate with governance, privacy, legal, security, and technology teams throughout the assessment lifecycle
• Support ongoing monitoring and reporting of approved AI initiatives
• Collaborate closely with existing AI Governance team members and contribute to ongoing governance initiatives and reviews
