Product Leader
Seattle – Hybrid
Base salary: up to $285k + equity & benefits
A high-growth US consumer technology company with millions of customers and a strong track record of bringing innovative connected products and digital experiences to the mass market is looking for a senior Product Leader to own a major new AI-powered product initiative.
This is a genuine 0→1 opportunity with significant visibility and customer reach. The successful person will define the product vision and roadmap, shape the end-to-end customer experience, and work closely with strong AI/ML, engineering, design and data teams to turn sophisticated technology into something simple, intuitive and genuinely useful for consumers.
What they’re looking for:
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, with significant ownership of consumer-facing software products
- A track record of taking products from customer problem → concept → launch → iteration and scale
- Exceptional consumer product and UX judgment
- Strong understanding of AI and modern AI-enabled product experiences
- Experience building products that drive meaningful engagement and retention
- Comfortable operating in 0→1, ambiguous and fast-moving environments
- Strong commercial instincts around monetization, scalability and product viability
- Collaborative, low-ego leadership style and the ability to partner effectively with senior technical and design talent
