Role Description The Field Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for supporting solar project execution and customer service in the field. This role includes conducting site visits, assisting with system inspections, verifying installation quality, and supporting technical teams during commissioning and troubleshooting. The Field Specialist will interact with customers to explain system features, address basic technical queries, and provide guidance on safe and efficient system use. They will document field findings, prepare simple reports, coordinate with project managers and technicians, and support training sessions for clients or junior team members as needed. The role requires regular travel within the region and adherence to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

- Ability to work on-site in varying weather conditions, travel within the region, and follow health and safety guidelines consistently.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.
