We are looking for an experienced 𝗔𝗜 / 𝗟𝗟𝗠 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 with strong expertise in SAP Generative AI Hub, production LLM applications, RAG design and implementation, HANA Cloud Vector Store, prompt orchestration, guardrails, evaluation pipelines, and Python development.

The ideal candidate should have 4 – 8 years of experience in DS / ML / AI engineering with hands-on experience in building and operating production LLM applications.

🛠️ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

✅ Integrate SAP Generative AI Hub

✅ Manage model lifecycle

✅ Design and implement RAG end-to-end

✅ Work on chunking, embeddings, retrieval, and re-rank

✅ Manage HANA Cloud Vector Store

✅ Work on prompt orchestration and guardrails

✅ Build evaluation pipelines for hallucination and regression

✅ Operate AI / LLM applications in Run

✅ Collaborate with technical teams to build scalable AI solutions

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

✔️ 4 – 8 years of experience in DS / ML / AI engineering

✔️ Experience in production LLM applications

✔️ Strong experience in RAG design and implementation

✔️ Knowledge of evaluation methods

✔️ Experience with SAP GenAI Hub or enterprise LLM gateway

✔️ Experience with vector DB — HANA preferred

✔️ Strong Python experience

✔️ Experience in Python typing, async, and testing

✔️ Experience in prompt orchestration and guardrails

✔️ Experience in model lifecycle management
