IT Technical Analyst – Infrastructure Disaster Recovery
Location: Tempe, AZ
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

Must Have Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Infrastructure
- 4+ years of hands-on Disaster Recovery (DR) experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- Networking
- Databases
- Middleware
- VMware
- Unix/Linux
- Windows
- Cloud
- Experience in DR/BCP planning, testing, failover, recovery, and compliance
- Experience handling annual DR exercises, certifications, and BCT planning
- Strong Project/Program Management skills
- Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Experience working with onsite and offshore teams
- ServiceNow experience
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
Nice to Have
- Banking/Financial Services experience
- Wells Fargo or Bank of America experience preferred

- This is primarily a DR Service Delivery / Program Management role, not a hands-on engineering position.
