Join a well-funded start up (Recent $10m seed round) with a seasoned leadership team having significant experience in tech and AI. They are building Enterprise Intelligence: an AI-native workspace that turns a company's meetings, email, documents, Slack, and operational systems into durable memory, proactive agents, and customer-specific workflows.

- Real customers with big budgets: closed top 5 law firm and attacking mid-market enterprises outside of tech.
We are looking for a Founding Engineer with 3–7 years of experience to join our founding team and help build their Enterprise Intelligence platform from the ground up. You are an entrepreneurial, product-minded full-stack engineer who has lived the 0-to-1 journey before—whether as a founder, founding engineer, or early technical hire. You thrive in ambiguity, talk directly with customers, and ship production-quality AI-powered products quickly. This is a true 0-to-1 role where you'll work across product, infrastructure, agents, evals, and customer workflows, turning early customer pull into a durable platform.
Requirements:
- 0- to- 1 experience as a founder or founding/early engineer at a VC funded start-up
- Full- stack proficiency
- Immersed in the AI development ecosystem; opinionated/passionate about future of coding with AI
- 3 - 7 years of experience in full- stack engineering, AI- native
- ML background: shipped AI- powered product features in production
- Worked on products at an AI lab / open- source environment
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- AI- native; experience with LLM APIs, RAG, agent orchestration, or evals
- Comfortable speaking directly with customers for discovery and debugging
What will you be doing?
- Lead the core platform development for agents, including triggers, tools, approvals, evals, memory, observability, and workflow execution
- End to end product ownership—from customer discovery and technical design through implementation, launch, and iteration
- Work across the full stack to build core Enterprise Intelligence surfaces
- Shape the product roadmap, technical architecture, engineering practices, and culture of the company
The role will include quarterly offsites in various places around the world and and opportunity to play a pivotal roles in a new product with validated market fit and a veteran team.
