Lead Business Analyst - Salesforce

Lead Business Analyst – Salesforce Industries / Telecom & AI Senior functional leadership role responsible for complex business analysis and functional direction across Salesforce Industries Telecom initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery and functional refinement activities. Facilitate workshops with senior business and technology stakeholders. Own complex business requirements and end-to-end process definitions. Translate Telecom business capabilities into Salesforce Industries requirements. Define business rules, operational rules, acceptance criteria and exception scenarios. Lead requirements traceability and functional impact analysis. Identify dependencies across customer, catalog, sales, order and service processes. Review and ensure quality of functional artifacts produced by other analysts. Resolve functional gaps and ambiguities across teams. Support prioritization and scope decisions. Act as functional reference for Business Analysts and delivery teams. Apply AI to requirements analysis, consistency validation, gap identification, traceability and impact analysis. Review and validate AI-generated functional artifacts. Required Skills Advanced Business Analysis experience. Strong Salesforce/Salesforce Industries understanding. Strong Telecom business process knowledge. Requirements management and traceability. User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. Business Rules and process modelling. Agile methodologies. Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
