Whatever you’re working on, what are the technical skills you’re likely to have?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
- Experience in Entra ID Governance.
- Definition and design of the technical architecture of the IGA solution (on-premises and cloud).
- Integration with authoritative sources such as Active Directory, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and other corporate systems.
- Good to know: identity lifecycle flows (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), .Net, PowerShell.
- Proven experience in Identity Governance and Identity Access Management.

- Clarity in communication with business and IT areas, including in workshops and training sessions about the solution.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into accessible language for different audiences.
- Long-term vision for the evolution of the IGA platform maturity and integration roadmap.
- Strong teamwork, organizational skills, and adaptability to new challenges.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate on international projects.
What will be your responsibilities in this position?
- Initial setup of the IGA solution and assisted post-implementation operation.
- Execution of functional tests, generation of evidence, and deployment in production.
- Definition of corporate policies and standards that the IGA solution must meet.
- Creation of functional and technical requirements documents, macro topology, and delivery schedule.
- Remediation of accounts and consolidation of identities in connected systems.
