eData is a Dubai-based Insurtech building the data and AI infrastructure that insurers, TPAs and automotive partners across the GCC rely on to handle claims faster, smarter and at lower cost.
We are expanding our AI capabilities and are looking for an experienced AI/ML professional to help build and deploy practical, production-grade AI solutions.
The role
You'll design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions across real-world insurance and automotive use cases. You'll work with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, Document AI and predictive models, while turning complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
What you'll do
- Design, develop and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions using Python
- Build applications using LLMs, Generative AI, RAG and AI Agents
- Develop Document AI and OCR solutions to extract, classify and structure information from unstructured documents
- Build models for classification, anomaly detection, risk scoring and predictive analytics
- Analyze historical datasets and develop benchmarks, trends and predictive insights
- Work with SQL, data pipelines, and large structured/unstructured datasets
- Build and integrate REST APIs and microservices to operationalize AI/ML capabilities
- Containerize and deploy solutions using Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
- Support cloud and on-premises deployments
- Implement MLOps practices including model monitoring, explainability, performance tracking and governance
- Work closely with business and product teams to translate business challenges into practical AI/ML use cases
- Take AI solutions from proof of concept through to production deployment
Who we're looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Machine Learning and AI development
- Practical experience working with LLMs / Generative AI, RAG and AI Agents
- Experience with Document AI, OCR and unstructured document processing
- Strong knowledge of classification, anomaly detection, risk scoring and predictive analytics
- Strong experience with SQL, data pipelines and historical data analysis/benchmarking
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and microservices
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud/on-premises deployment
- Understanding of MLOps, model monitoring, explainability and AI governance
- Ability to translate business requirements into technically sound and commercially practical AI solutions
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership
