Our outbound machine generates a constant stream of replies from founders on email and LinkedIn. Warm leads land in the inbox all day, every day. We need the operator who lives in that inbox and turns every single reply into a booked meeting.
THE ROLE
Headphones on, dialled in, all day. You are the fastest keyboard in the firm.
- You own every reply across our email and LinkedIn outreach platforms. Nothing sits unanswered. Ever.
- Speed is the job: warm leads get a response in minutes, not hours. Speed-to-lead is the metric you defend with your life
- You work the conversation: answer questions, handle objections, do not take no for an answer, and drive every thread to one outcome: a meeting booked in a closer's calendar
- You write like a banker: sharp, articulate, eloquent messages that make founders want the call
- You keep the CRM immaculate: every conversation logged, every stage updated, every outcome recorded. If it is not in the CRM, it did not happen
- You obsess over your numbers: replies handled, response time, conversations-to-meetings rate, meetings that show
THE PAY
- $500/month base + 2.5% commission on every deal that closes from a conversation you handled
- Average deal is $30,000, so every close you fed the machine puts $750 in your pocket
- 2 closes a week from your conversations = ~$7,000/month
- 3 a week = ~$10,300/month
- 5 a week = ~$16,700/month
- That is an OTE of $84k-$200k/year for replying to messages better and faster than anyone else on earth. The base is a formality; the bookings are the job.

- English as your first language, with genuinely elite written communication. Your messages are clean, persuasive, and typo-free at speed
- A fast, accurate typist. You think in full sentences and your hands keep up
- CRM-comfortable and ruthlessly organised. Twenty open conversations do not rattle you
- You perform under pressure and treat a "no" as the start of the conversation
- Goal-obsessed. You want a number to chase every single day
