We are looking for an Informatica CDGC Specialist with strong experience in metadata management, data governance, and catalog administration within the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage metadata scanning, profiling, and lineage across cloud/on‑prem systems.
- Build and maintain business glossaries, data domains, classifications, and governance workflows.
- Implement and validate end‑to‑end data lineage for databases, APIs, and event‑driven sources.
- Administer catalog assets, ingestion pipelines, and stewardship processes.
- Troubleshoot scanner connectivity, ingestion issues, and lineage gaps.
- Support governance policies, data quality integration, and metadata standards.
Required Skills
- 5+ years in Data Governance or Metadata Management.
- Hands‑on experience with Informatica CDGC / IDMC.
- Strong knowledge of metadata ingestion, lineage, glossary, and catalog configuration.
- Experience with relational databases and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Scripting knowledge (Python/Java) for automation is a plus.
Preferred
- Experience with Informatica Axon, EDC, or Data Marketplace.
- Understanding of data architecture and governance frameworks
