Responsibilities
- Source for quotation for materials and services
- Prepare procurement documentation, subcontractor/supplier agreements, and payment recommendations
- Evaluation of price comparison and prepare costing summary
- Plan project cost, prepare estimations and carry out quantity measurements.
- Manage claims, budget & cost control
- Prepare progress claims and variation orders
- Settle final accounts and ensure accurate documentation
- Maintain up-to-date records for all project-related correspondence.
- Contracts administration and support contract-related processes.
- Handle contractual issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong organizing and time management skills
- Able to work independently and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a plus
- Able to work in Tuas
