What You'll Do
We are looking for Principals who will shape client agendas and lead multidisciplinary teams from BCG Platinion and Boston Consulting Group on local and international client engagements!
At BCG Platinion, You Will
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CEOs, and other senior executives, shaping their technology and transformation agendas and helping them make consequential strategic, investment, and operating-model decisions
- Originate, shape, and win substantial opportunities across AI, digital, technology modernization, and enterprise transformation, turning emerging client challenges into compelling propositions and transformational programs
- Shape enterprise AI and GenAI transformations, helping clients move from experimentation to scaled business impact through clear value priorities, fit-for-purpose platforms and architectures, strong data foundations, governance, responsible AI, and new ways of working
- Architect and oversee large, complex transformation programs spanning strategy, technology, organization, operating model, and implementation, navigating complex stakeholder environments and ensuring alignment, quality, and impact
- Orchestrate multidisciplinary capabilities across BCG Platinion, BCG's industry and functional practices, BCG X, and other specialists, while providing senior leadership and quality assurance across multiple engagements and client relationships
- Develop outstanding Managers, Consultants, Architects, and technical leaders, and contribute to the growth and strategic direction of BCG Platinion through recruiting, intellectual capital, propositions, and market presence
What You'll Bring
You can help us make a difference if you
- Have at least eight to ten years of substantial experience in IT consulting or digital transformation, including shaping and leading complex strategy and implementation programs
- Have a degree in computer science, informatics, engineering, business with a focus on technology, or another relevant field, or bring equivalent relevant industry experience
- Have a strong track record of originating, shaping, and winning substantial consulting engagements and growing senior client relationships
- Have extensive experience advising C-suite executives on complex technology, AI, investment, and transformation decisions
- Have demonstrated ability to architect and oversee large, multidisciplinary programs, mobilize senior teams, and assure quality across multiple engagements
- Have a deep understanding of how technology creates business value, supported by strong knowledge of modern architectures, cloud, data, software, digital platforms, and technology operating models
- Bring practical experience shaping enterprise AI and GenAI transformations, including prioritizing value pools and use-case portfolios, defining scalable data and platform foundations, and addressing agentic AI, governance, and responsible AI
- Can connect technology choices with business strategy, economics, operating models, organizational change, and industry dynamics and translate them into clear investment priorities and business cases
- Bring strong commercial judgment and the ability to recognize and shape opportunities before they become formal client requests
- Have a track record of developing high-performing Managers, Consultants, Architects, and senior technical talent
- Are excellent at understanding and communicating complex topics in English

Who You'll Work With
You will work with C-suite executives and senior technology leaders as part of interdisciplinary BCG and BCG Platinion teams combining business, industry, technology, data, and AI expertise. As a Principal, you will shape a portfolio of client relationships and major programs, orchestrating capabilities across BCG Platinion, BCG's industry and functional practices, BCG X, and other specialists. Depending on the client agenda, you may define an enterprise AI transformation, shape a technology modernization program, establish a new digital operating model, or guide a large-scale transformation from strategic ambition to sustained impact.
Beyond individual engagements, you will help shape the market and strategic direction of BCG Platinion by creating new opportunities, developing propositions and intellectual capital, strengthening senior client relationships, and growing the next generation of leaders.
