About The Role
In this role you will provide essential administrative support across key HR areas such as labor relations, compensation, and benefits. You will help ensure HR processes run smoothly, align with company policies and labor law, and support employees and managers with accurate, timely HR operations that strengthen the overall workplace experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare employee documentation for internal processes and coordinate with stakeholders
- Support employees by responding to inquiries related to HR processes, benefits, and payroll
- Assist with internal and external audits, and prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports
- Perform process controls, data updates, and data verification activities
- Cooperate with external service providers
- Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, data changes, promotions, compensation updates, and terminations
- Participate in local and regional HR projects, providing process expertise and operational support
Requirements
- Extensive experience (2 years) in an employment agency within HR and personnel administration (required)
- Practical knowledge of payroll processing, including tax-deductible employee costs (PKUP)
- Strong knowledge of Polish labor law regulations
- Knowledge of HR processes and personnel administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to ensure compliance with labor law regulations and local legal requirements
- Confident communication skills in English and Polish, both written and verbal, in a multicultural and distributed setup
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Finance, or a related field is considered an advantage
