Generative AI Consultant
Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid Remote)

Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an accomplished Generative AI Consultant with expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with:
- Generative AI, Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral), prompt engineering, multimodal models, structured outputs, and function/tool calling
- Agentic AI, autonomous and multi-agent systems, memory and state management, with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK
- Model Context Protocol (MCP), enterprise integrations, custom tools, reusable skills, and interoperability patterns
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), GraphRAG, vector databases, embeddings, hybrid search, reranking, and knowledge-grounded AI solutions
- LLMOps, AI evaluation, observability, guardrails, prompt/version management, responsible AI, security, and governance
- Cloud AI platforms including Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and experience deploying AI applications using Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, and CI/CD
- Candidates with experience in client consulting, AI solution architecture, enterprise AI transformation, and effectively communicating technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders will be particularly well suited for this opportunity.
