What you'll do
- Work directly with clients and candidates, without three layers of account management in between
- Run a full or split desk in a specialized, high-demand market, with real ownership of your accounts
- Source and engage passive candidates and manage the process through offer stage
- Grow your book and your billings based on what you close
- Draw on Meritaas Group's shared tools and cross-brand market knowledge when it helps your desk

What we're looking for
- 1+ years of agency recruitment experience, perm or contract
- Someone who wants to learn the sector and bill more because of it
- Coachable and driven. Engineering background isn't required. Curiosity about a technical market is
Compensation Base salary plus commission up to 35% year 1 and 40% year 2. No draw. Full benefits.
