- Do you have experience in technical implementation, scientific consulting or enterprise software delivery?
- Have you worked in either an internal or external customer-facing role across enterprise software implementation, technical consulting or solutions delivery?
- Do you have experience within a scientific, R&D or laboratory-led environment such as chemicals, materials, pharma, food & beverage or a related sector?
- Do you have a strong education across chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or biotech?
- Can you understand and interpret scientific data structures, including formulations, sample hierarchies, test methods or experimental data?
- Are you a strong communicator who can teach, coach and guide external teams rather than simply solving problems yourself?

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth technology company in a customer-facing technical implementation role focused on scientific and R&D customers. The successful candidate will help enterprise clients adopt and get value from complex software, working across implementation, technical consulting, data interpretation, stakeholder enablement and ongoing project delivery.
This role would suit someone who combines scientific domain knowledge with hands-on software delivery experience, and who enjoys working directly with customers in a fast-moving environment. It will not suit pure strategy consultants with no hands-on implementation experience.
Salary on offer is up to £85,000 (dependent upon experience)
