We are hiring for an M365 Customer Success Engineer
We are looking for a Microsoft 365 professional with 8 to 10 years of experience and strong hands on expertise in M365 administration, optimization, and customer success.
Key skills we are looking for:
• Microsoft 365 tenant health checks and assessments
• Microsoft 365 Apps including Office, Teams, and Outlook
• SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive for Business
• Teams, Office Apps, OneDrive, and SharePoint adoption and usage analysis
• Network readiness including latency, connectivity, and bandwidth
• M365 governance and operational best practices
• Customer assessments, documentation, reports, and action trackers
• Experience working with senior architects and customer success teams
This role involves supporting customers in improving the health, performance, configuration, adoption, and overall value of their Microsoft 365 environment.
