My client is seeking an experienced AI Lead to join a fast-growing AI-driven SaaS organisation based in Paris.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for driving the design and delivery of advanced AI solutions, leading a team of AI and Data Engineers, and helping shape the future direction of the company's AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of advanced AI and multi-agent systems.
- Combine traditional machine learning techniques with modern Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Drive the transition of AI research initiatives into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Establish evaluation, monitoring, and LLMOps frameworks to ensure performance, reliability, and governance.
- Mentor and develop AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers through technical leadership and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI-powered features.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and large-scale data processing.
- Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions and orchestration frameworks.
- Deep understanding of vector databases, knowledge graphs, and modern AI architectures.
- Experience with LLMOps tooling, evaluation frameworks, and model monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
