Company Description, Art of Intel is a boutique recruiting and talent consulting firm that works closely with small and mid-sized organizations to identify and secure difficult-to-find, high-impact talent.
Unlike a traditional recruiting agency focused on sending resumes, Art of Intel takes a hands-on, consultative approach—learning the client's business, understanding where the organization is going, and identifying professionals who can contribute beyond the immediate job description.
Our focus includes:
- Strategic & Executive Recruiting – Identifying senior-level and specialized professionals who can directly impact growth and execution.
- Technical & AI Talent – Recruiting across AI/ML, software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, DevSecOps, and emerging technologies.
- Federal & Cleared Talent – Supporting government contractors with difficult-to-find Secret, TS, TS/SCI, CI Poly, and Full Scope Polygraph professionals.
- Business Development & Growth Talent – Finding professionals who can open doors, develop relationships, build pipelines, and ultimately close new business.
- Talent Strategy & Advisory – Helping clients determine not only who they need today, but what talent they will need as the company grows and technology—including Artificial Intelligence—changes their business.
- Selective, Relationship-Driven Approach – Art of Intel is intentionally not a high-volume staffing company. The goal is to become an extension of the client's leadership team and deliver a smaller number of highly targeted candidates who can make a measurable difference.
In one sentence: Art of Intel helps companies find the people they may not be able to find on their own—while also helping leadership think strategically about the talent needed to build the next stage of the business.
