Overview:
Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and strong experience in hiring niche technology talent across AI/ML, Latest AI technologies, Cloud, and next-gen IT domains. In this role, you will not just fill positions you will act as a strategic advisor, building high-quality tech teams and directly contributing to our organization’s growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire talent acquisition strategy from workforce planning to successful onboarding – ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Partner with business and technical leaders to define hiring roadmaps and advise on market intelligence, talent availability, and competitive positioning.
- Lead niche technology hiring across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cloud, DevOps, Full -Stack and other high-demand domains.
- Innovate sourcing approaches by leveraging advanced search techniques, professional networks, research-driven headhunting, and community engagement to attract top-tier passive and active candidates.
- Enhance employer brand visibility in the technology talent market by engaging candidates with a compelling value proposition.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring transparency, timely communication, and professional engagement throughout the hiring journey.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize recruitment performance through data-driven insights on time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and sourcing effectiveness
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven success in IT recruitment with deep expertise in managing the end-to-end hiring cycle.
- Strong track record of hiring for niche and emerging technologies (AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, Full STack, etc.).
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, Stack Overflow, tech forums, referrals, networking events).
- Consultative stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align hiring managers on talent strategies.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics, and modern HR technology tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to engage top talent effectively.
