About the Opportunity
NextScout is hiring an experienced AI/ML Engineer for an urgent technology hiring requirement with a leading organization.
We are looking for professionals with strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Python, AI model development, and production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
- Build scalable AI/ML solutions for real-world applications.
- Develop and optimize ML pipelines and production workflows.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and product teams.
- Monitor and improve model performance in production.
- Work with large datasets, feature engineering, and model optimization.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of relevant AI/ML experience
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on Machine Learning experience
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Strong understanding of ML algorithms and model evaluation
- Experience deploying ML/AI solutions into production
- Knowledge of SQL and databases
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred
- Experience with Generative AI / LLMs is an advantage
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Strong hands-on production experience
- Experience taking ML models from development to deployment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment
Compensation
CTC: Up to ₹25 LPA
Compensation will depend on relevant experience, technical expertise, and current compensation.
Notice Period
Immediate joiners and candidates serving notice period will be preferred.
