Job Title: Supply Management Planner
Location: Waterloo, IA
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the delivery of purchased parts to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve delivery-related issues and maintain smooth operations.
- Track, analyze, and maintain procurement data using Microsoft Office applications, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Support daily supply chain and purchasing activities through accurate documentation and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer applications with strong typing and data entry capabilities.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Interest in supply chain, purchasing, or procurement operations.
