🚀 We’re Hiring: AI Engineer
We’re a small UK software team looking for an AI Engineer who has shipped real products to real users — not just notebooks and demos.
What you’ll do
- Build and ship AI features end to end: prompt design, retrieval, evaluation and deployment
- Turn ambitious product ideas into reliable, production-ready solutions
- Own the quality bar through testing, monitoring and continuous improvement
- Work directly with the founders in a fast-moving environment with short feedback loops

What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years working on AI/ML or LLM-based products
- Strong Python skills, with solid experience in APIs and cloud infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, agent frameworks and evaluation
- Right to work in the UK
💰 Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and suitability
📍 Location: Central London
