- Own the architecture of one or more product domains, including API design, data modeling, and frontend component strategy.

- Build RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices with an emphasis on reliability, observability, scalability, and security.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and establish deployment standards and release quality gates.

- Optimize application performance across the technology stack, including backend throughput, frontend rendering, and database query efficiency.

- Develop solutions that are scalable, maintainable, secure, and production-ready.

AI & Agentic Application Development

- Integrate large language model (LLM) services, including platforms such as OpenAI and Anthropic, into production applications.

- Use AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable technologies.

- Contribute to the design and development of agentic user experiences, including conversational, workflow-driven, and context-aware interfaces.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.

- 6–10+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated growth in scope, ownership, and technical impact.

- Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on production experience with FastAPI or a comparable asynchronous web framework.

- Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript.

- Experience with modern frontend state management approaches such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.

- Demonstrated experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures.

- Strong understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and familiarity with ORMs.

- Experience with CI/CD technologies such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

- Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes.

- Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud-native deployment patterns.

- Demonstrated experience integrating LLM APIs or developing AI-powered product features.
