This isn’t a typical bank posting. We’re a small, high-performing private wealth team inside TD Wealth managing over half a billion dollars for roughly 150 Calgary families and we’re looking for one specific person to join us. Not a paper pusher. Not someone who needs to be told what to do every hour. Not someone who tolerates clients but someone who genuinely loves them. We run a fully discretionary practice with a proprietary investment model we’ve refined over 20 years. The business is self-sustaining and growing. What we need is someone to help us deliver a level of client care that most advisory teams only talk about. If you’re the kind of person who remembers what a client mentioned in passing three months ago, follows up before they have to ask, and makes people feel like the most important person in the room, keep reading.
About the Role
Manage clients for quarterly updates, check-in calls, and asset mix reviews. Your goal with these relationships is to build and maintain. Run the proactive side of our service model, reaching out before clients reach out to us and flagging things before they become problems. Meet with clients regularly and bring your own warmth and style to every interaction. Support new client onboarding through that critical first 30 days where trust is built or lost. Work alongside our existing associate on planning, projects, and keeping the team humming. Help identify opportunities to grow the practice through referrals, introductions, and business development. Hold all of us accountable to a service standard we’re proud of.

We’ve built something worth joining. A clean book, great clients, a service model most teams envy, and a culture where people actually want to show up. We’re not hiring to fill a seat. We’re hiring to add someone to a team that works, and adding the wrong person would be worse than not hiring at all. If that sounds like you, we’d love to grab a coffee.
